Job summary

MGA Entertainment is seeking an organized, proactive Inbound Licensing Coordinator to manage licensed item submissions and approvals. You will work across Sales, Brand Marketing, Creative and licensors to ensure timely, accurate approvals that support launches and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Understanding licensing and marketing, including licensor approval processes and brand guidelines.
• Experience in marketing coordination, licensing, creative operations or a similar role.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple submissions and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• High attention to detail when reviewing assets, consolidating feedback and maintaining approval records.
• A proactive, collaborative approach with the confidence to follow up and elevate issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate submission, tracking and approval of licensed products and marketing assets.
• Liaise with Sales, Brand Marketing, Creative and other internal stakeholders to gather assets and set submission timelines.
• Prepare and submit approval requests through licensor portals and channels.
• Coordinate creative reviews and communicate feedback for revisions.
• Serve as day‑to‑day contact for approval communication with licensing partners.
• Route licensor feedback to stakeholders and track revisions to final approval.
• Maintain a central approvals tracker with status, actions, deadlines and delays.
• Identify approval issues early and escalate to avoid launch delays.
• Keep records of submissions, feedback, assets and final sign-offs with version control.
• Communicate approval status and usage rights to teams prior to production or publication.
• Help improve submission processes and templates to reduce rework.
