Job summary

SEGA's Licensing team in Burbank is seeking a Licensing Coordinator to support the Hardlines and Softlines Category Management, coordinating data entry, data maintenance, and materials for sales presentations and tradeshows.

Reporting to the Licensing Director, you will work with internal stakeholders and licensees, handling data entry, royalties, invoices, forecasts, and project coordination to keep licensing operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• In-office attendance is an essential function for supervision and collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 2+ years in consumer products licensing or related field.
• Basic understanding of consumer products licensing and retail timing.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to follow through on responsibilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Comfortable participating in meetings and supporting projects.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Enter all Hardlines and Softlines agreements and licensee data into DRM promptly.
• Enter data into the Legal portal for Agreements, Amendments, NDAs, and related docs.
• Obtain updated forecasts and placement reports from licensees and maintain records.
• Interface with licensees on Manufacture Agreements, Authorization Letters, and Recordals.
• Send weekly invoices to licensees with tracking and follow-up.
• Support data entry, PO requests, data retrieval, sample requests, and shipping coordination.
• Coordinate projects with Licensing team to meet deadlines and business needs.
• Update Licensee Lists, Brand Decks, Priority Lists and One-Sheets; maintain archives.
• Create and maintain product beauty shot library for licensees.
• Support Marketing, PR and Social Media with samples and metadata; assist with newsletters.
