Job summary

MGA Entertainment seeks an organized Inbound Licensing Coordinator to manage submissions and approvals for licensed items. You will coordinate with Sales, Brand Marketing, Creative, and external licensors to ensure complete, accurate submissions and timely approvals that support launches and campaigns.

In this role, you will maintain records, track progress, and communicate feedback clearly, helping to streamline processes and meet commercial deadlines across licensing projects.

Qualifications

• Understanding of licensing and marketing processes, brand guidelines, and asset development.
• Experience in marketing coordination, licensing, or creative operations.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple submissions and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external partners.
• Detail-oriented with records management and effective feedback consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate submission, tracking, and approval of licensed products and assets.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and timelines.
• Prepare and submit approval requests through licensor portals and channels.
• Coordinate creative reviews and clarify feedback with the Senior Director.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for approval-related communication with licensors.
• Maintain central approvals tracker and monitor deadlines.
• Identify and escalate issues affecting launch dates or schedules.
