Job summary

Sega of America, Inc. is seeking a Licensing Coordinator to support the Hardlines and Softlines category within SEGA Consumer Products. You will enter data, prepare materials for sales meetings, and help manage licensee relations to bring SEGA IP to life in consumer products.

Reporting to the Licensing Director, this role emphasizes organization, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced licensing environment. In-office attendance is required, with a hybrid work model in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Typically 2+ years in consumer products licensing or related field.
• Basic understanding of consumer products licensing and retail timelines.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to follow through on responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Enter Hardlines and Softlines agreements and business users into DRM timely.
• Enter data into the Legal portal and progress documents through completion.
• Obtain updated forecasts and placement reports from licensees quarterly.
• Interface with licensees for manufacture agreements and related documents.
• Send invoices to licensees weekly and track them accurately.
• Support ad-hoc data entry, PO requests, data retrieval, and shipping coordination.
• Coordinate projects with licensing, creative, legal, and marketing teams.
• Maintain Licensee Lists, Brand Decks, Priority Lists, and One-Sheets.
