Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, licensing, retail operations, or related field.
• Experience with project/approval management platforms (Asana, Wrike, Mediabox or similar).
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Support Retail Project Manager in coordinating band/brand submissions and approvals.
• Update submission status in Asana and internal tracking documents.
• Prepare submission packages for licensor review under supervision.
• Communicate deadlines, status, and outstanding items to sales team and licensors.
• Follow up with licensors on pending approvals and flag delays.
