Job summary

The Agenzee Assist Specialist supports customers through platform expertise, customer service, and licensing knowledge. You will conduct platform demonstrations, assist with onboarding, answer licensing questions, and complete back-office licensing tasks for Agenzee Assist clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on insurance licensing and compliance experience in Property and Casualty and/or Life, Health and Disability.
• Experience processing licenses, appointments, renewals, and related regulatory transactions.
• Working knowledge of NIPR, NAIC resources, state Departments of Insurance, and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert on back-office licensing, appointments, renewals, and compliance processes.
• Process license applications, renewals, address changes, and other licensing transactions.
• Submit, track, renew, and terminate carrier appointments and verify status.
