Job summary

Hasbro in Renton, WA is seeking a Manager, Business Operations to shepherd licensing deals from term sheet to signature. You will be the first contact for licensees on contract matters and drive the integration into Hasbro's Rightsline system, collaborating with Business Operations, Business Development, Production, Marketing, Legal, and Finance across PC/Console and Mobile categories.

This role blends contract knowledge with cross‑functional fluency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in contract administration, licensing operations, or legal support
• Experience negotiating licensing agreements, including MGs and royalties
• Familiarity with IP licensing concepts, including copyright and trademark
• Strong written and verbal communication with external partners
• Experience with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, and BD
• Experience with contract templates and standard terms

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for licensees on contract matters and draft agreements from templates
• Lead Rightsline integration, data setup, workflows, and governance
• Maintain accurate rights and deal records, including territory, royalties, and MG data
• Track contracts across the deal pipeline and flag delays
• Translate business terms into clear contract language and build playbooks with Legal
• Answer status questions and provide overflow support on NDAs and services agreements
