Hasbro, including Wizards of the Coast, seeks a Program Manager for Partner Brands who can connect Japanese and U.S. teams, manage licensing partnerships, and drive product development across our titles.

You will translate materials, study the Japanese market, and ensure timely releases with internal teams and licensors. You will lead cross-functional collaboration, negotiate effectively, and deliver impactful licensing programs that resonate with fans worldwide.

Qualificações

• Near native level Japanese proficiency with strong presentation skills in both Japanese and English.
• 3-5 years experience in translation and interpretation.
• Work experience within licensing, consumer goods, gaming, or TCG industries is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Connect Japan and U.S. teams; translate emails and materials; study Japanese market for opportunities.
• Manage day-to-day licensee relationships; onboarding, communication, marketing; compile performance reports.
• Lead pipeline across partnership product development; own licensing flow, release schedules, and marketing info.
