Job summary

Hasbro is seeking a Senior Attorney to provide strategic legal support to the global Consumer Products business from the UK. The role focuses on commercial licensing, promotions, and partnerships across international territories, mainly EMEA, APAC and LATAM, with a maternity cover fixed-term appointment.

Core responsibilities include drafting and negotiating merchandise licences, lead negotiations with licensees and partners, and protecting Hasbro IP while enabling business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 3–5 years’ PQE.
• Extensive licensing and IP licensing experience.
• Experience with brand activation and promotions.
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate a wide range of licensing and merchandise agreements.
• Lead negotiations with licensees, external counsel and stakeholders.
• Structure commercial arrangements balancing risk and revenue.
• Ensure IP protection and compliance in global licensing programmes.
