Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Supervisor License to manage day-to-day licensing operations, supervise four Sr. Administrative Coordinators, and support state reporting requirements across two business units located at the same facility.

You will create reports for Business Analyst, Regional Management and HQ, reconcile monthly activity, and act as the escalation point for licensing-related projects. This role requires strong communication and organization in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field, but experience acceptable.
• Five (5) years or more prior supervision experience required.
• Five (5) years or more experience in Accounting, Licensing and Regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process licensing, titling, citations and California ARB and BIT registrations for two business units.
• Supervise a staff for two business units.
• Point of contact for escalation items and special projects related to licensing, titling, citations and California ARB and BIT registrations for two business units.
• Create reports for Business Analyst, Regional Management and HQ as needed.
• Reconcile monthly accounting activity for this department.
