Nourish is seeking a Licensing Lead to own day-to-day licensing execution and scale our provider network strategy. You will translate licensing requirements into actionable plans and oversee the virtual-assistant capacity to support workflows across states and provider types.

You will build scalable licensing processes, ensure compliant execution, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Finance to optimize provider onboarding and renewals as Nourish expands across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of experience in provider licensing, provider operations, healthcare operations, or a closely related field.
• Meaningful licensing domain depth, including state licensing requirements and renewal processes for providers.
• Demonstrated people-leadership experience with setting priorities, directing work and feedback.
• Owned complex operational programs with rigorous quality, compliance, documentation, and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead a pod of Licensing Associates, setting priorities and accountability.
• Direct virtual-assistant capacity supporting licensing workflows, including training and QA.
• Own complex licensing programs end-to-end from research through renewals and reporting.
• Create SOPs, operating cadences, and audit-ready records for licensing workflows.
• Use metrics to monitor capacity, throughput, quality, timeliness, and risk.
• Investigate regulatory or operational issues using data and primary sources.
• Design scalable workflows and recommend tooling in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Decide on in-house vs external support and implement the model and controls.
• Serve as the day-to-day escalation point with clear decisions and next steps.
• Build team capability and develop future leaders.
