Zusammenfassung

Printfresh LLC is seeking a Director of Licensing & Collaborations to lead licensing and collaboration initiatives with external IP. You will own deal terms, partner vetting, and end-to-end project management from pitch to go-to-market.

This full-time role offers a hybrid work arrangement in Philadelphia, with in-office presence Tue–Thu and remote Mondays and Fridays. You will collaborate closely with merchandising, design, and marketing to scale the Printfresh brand.

Qualifikationen

• 7-10 years of experience in licensing, brand partnerships, or collaborations at a consumer brand.
• Experience licensing a brand and bringing in outside IP is a plus.
• Proven track record negotiating licensing deals, royalties, guarantees, & exclusivity.
• Experience with entertainment licensors and approval processes.
• Strong project management and ability to run multiple collaborations.

• Licensing: manage the licensing program and act as POC for Jewel; vet partners and negotiate deal terms.
• Collaborations: identify ideas, lead projects from pitch to launch, manage timelines and approvals.
• Contracts: own contract negotiations and track renewals, minimums, and exclusivity windows.
