Job summary

Printfresh is seeking a Director of Licensing & Collaborations to lead licensing to external brands and collaborations with other IP holders. You will partner with Jewel and internal teams to shape deals, approvals, and go-to-market.

You’ll own negotiations, project management, and contract details, driving growth for our print-first lifestyle brand from Philadelphia. Hybrid schedule in Philadelphia, Tue-Thu in office, Mon and Fri remote.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years experience in licensing, brand partnerships, or collaborations at a consumer brand
• Experience licensing a brand out and bringing outside IP in is a plus
• Track record of negotiating licensing deals, including royalties, guarantees, & exclusivity
• Experience working with entertainment licensors (studios, publishers) and their approval processes
• Strong project management skills and the ability to run several collaborations at once
• Knowledge of product development and production timelines in apparel
• Clear, confident communicator who builds strong relationships
• Embraces AI tools to work faster
• Experience at a high-growth brand in the 50-150M range is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own licensing program: manage licensees, onboarding, asset delivery, and approvals
• Lead collaborations from pitch to launch with outside IP holders
• Negotiate deal terms, royalties, guarantees, categories, and territories
• Track royalties, payments, and reporting to licensors
• Manage collaboration calendars with design and merchandising
• Ensure approvals flow from artwork to packaging and marketing
• Report on licensing and collaboration performance to plan next steps
• Partner with merch, design, and marketing to ensure smooth collaboration processes
• Keep contracts organized, renewals, minimums, and exclusivity windows
