Job summary

Under supervision, you will ensure accurate processing of licenses, manage daily deposits, and provide high-quality customer service through various channels.

Qualifications

• Review, understand, and explain detailed licensing requirements and statutes.
• Perform financial transactions, fee calculations, and daily deposits for licensing programs.
• Collect and analyze licensing data to generate tracking reports and support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, process, and issue permit/license applications for assigned programs.
• Serve as primary point of contact across phone, email, mail, and in-person channels to resolve inquiries.
• Administer, proctor, and record results for credentialing examinations and manage licensing workflows.
