Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and two years of secretarial or clerical work experience.
• College education may substitute at 30 semester or 45-quarter hours for each year of the required clerical work experience.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience equals two years.

Responsibilities

• Administers application intake for license applications and renewals.
• Maintains the appointment calendar and processes documents.
• Notarizes oaths and handles applicant fingerprints and payment processing.
• Performs data entry in the EDMS and license records system.
• Responds to inquiries and interprets policies and applicable Florida Statutes.
• Assists hearing officers in informal hearings and handles hearing documents.
