Job summary

PHP Agency, Fountain Place, Downtown Dallas, TX, is seeking a Licensing & Contracting Supervisor to lead day-to-day licensing and contracting operations, balance service speed, accuracy, and compliance, and develop a high-performing team of Licensing Coordinators.

You will mentor Team Leads, coordinate cross-functional partnerships with agents, carriers, and vendors, and drive improvements in processes and workflows to support agent readiness and carrier contracting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in insurance licensing, contracting, compliance, or operations.
• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Ability to coach teams, establish accountability, and align execution with a field-driven culture.
• Strong systems thinking, analytical judgment, reporting, and process-development skills.
• Experience with CRM, workflow, ticketing, or comparable operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Licensing & Contracting operations, balancing service, speed, accuracy, compliance, and team development.
• Serve as a key connector among agents, carrier partners, vendors, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to sustain a high-performing culture.
• Oversee onboarding and ongoing training to build proficiency in processes, systems, and compliance.
• Track and communicate productivity, quality, and operational trends with leadership.
