Job summary

PHP Agency in Dallas, TX is seeking a Licensing & Contracting Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations of licensing and carrier contracting for our agent network. You will manage Team Leads and Licensing Coordinators, set standards, and drive accurate, timely licensing and contracting to support agent readiness.

This role requires 3-5 years in licensing/contracting, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to coach teams in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in insurance licensing, contracting, compliance, or operations.
• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Ability to coach teams, establish accountability, and align execution with a field-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Licensing & Contracting operations with focus on accuracy, speed, and compliance.
• Manage Team Leads and Licensing Coordinators, building capability and future leaders.
• Set expectations for productivity, quality, service levels, collaboration, and accountability.
• Oversee process improvements and cross-functional partnerships to support agents and carriers.
