PHP Agency in Dallas, TX is seeking a Licensing & Contracting Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations of licensing and carrier contracting for our agent network. You will manage Team Leads and Licensing Coordinators, set standards, and drive accurate, timely licensing and contracting to support agent readiness.

This role requires 3-5 years in licensing/contracting, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to coach teams in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

This visible leadership role oversees Team Leads and Licensing Coordinators responsible for license verification and carrier contracting.
