Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator (CS Specialist) to provide exceptional client support while handling licensing, registrations, and nonprofit filings.

The Hybrid role requires working in the USA with monthly in-office days and reports to the Manager, Customer Service. You will coordinate state, county, and municipal filings and assist clients with payroll and sales tax registrations and compliance matters.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of customer service strategies.
• Ability to resolve high-impact issues with tact and accuracy.
• Experience guiding and developing team members.
• Skilled in planning, executing and managing large projects.
• Adept at data analysis and using metrics to drive decisions.
• Knowledge of QA standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for licensing, registration, and compliance matters.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online channels promptly.
• Provide status updates and guidance through filings and registrations.
• Maintain client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Escalate complex issues while ensuring client satisfaction.
