In this position you will handle licensing, payroll tax registrations, sales tax registrations, nonprofit filings, and other regulatory filings while delivering exceptional client support. You report to the Manager, Customer Service and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and accurate filings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in non-profit licensing, payroll, or registrations.
• Strong customer service and regulatory knowledge.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact for licensing, registration and compliance.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and online platforms.
• Provide status updates throughout filing and registration processes.
• Maintain records of filings, approvals, and renewal schedules.
• Escalate complex issues while ensuring client satisfaction.
