You will manage licensing, payroll tax, sales tax registrations, nonprofit filings, and other regulatory filings while serving as the main client contact.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely filings, and strong service in a fast-paced environment, reporting to the Manager, Customer Service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in non-profit/licensing/payroll/sales tax reg./regulatory fields.
• Strong client-service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding licensing, registration, and compliance matters.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide status updates and guidance throughout the filing and registration process.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships through proactive communication and problem resolution.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary while ensuring client satisfaction.
