Qualifications

• 3+ years in non-profit/licensing/payroll/sales tax registration or regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to manage licensing, registrations and compliance filings.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for licensing, registration, and compliance matters.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Provide status updates and guidance throughout filing and registration processes.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships through proactive communication.
• Escalate complex issues while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Research and process state, county, and municipal license applications and renewals.
