The role requires strong customer service skills, licensing and compliance experience, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in non-profit, licensing, payroll, sales tax registrations, or related regulatory licensing.
• Strong customer service experience with licensing and compliance focus.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients on licensing, registration, and compliance matters.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely, professional manner.
• Provide status updates and guidance throughout filing and registration processes.
• Maintain positive client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Escalate complex issues when needed while ensuring client satisfaction.
