EY is seeking an ECRM Licensing Compliance Associate to support licensing and certification needs across the organization in a centralized function. You’ll research, advise, and help implement compliant processes while maintaining confidentiality and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 1-3 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of firm processes to support licensing compliance.
• Review requests for completeness and regulatory alignment.
• Drive matters to resolution by following up on requests.
• Conduct internal and external research and develop recommendations.
• Partner with professionals and licensing authorities to resolve issues.
• Escalate sensitive or complex risk matters for review.
• Participate in meetings with leadership and risk teams.
• Document work and rationale in systems.
• Use analytics and project management to organize work and meet deadlines.
• Build relationships across ECRM and risk management teams.
• Contribute to training and process improvements.
• Produce high-quality work while protecting confidential information.
