Job summary

EY is seeking an ECRM Professional Licensing Compliance Associate ( Anywhere in the United States ) to support mandatory licensing requirements and drive compliance processes. You will research, document, and resolve licensing matters, advise leadership, and help strengthen controls across the centralized licensing program.

The role involves collaborating with professionals and licensing authorities, identifying escalations, and delivering high-quality work with attention to confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 1-3 years related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of firm processes, policies, resources, and tools to support licensing compliance activities and internal customers.
• Review requests and information for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory alignment.
• Drive matters to resolution by following up, clarifying information, and communicating next steps.
• Conduct internal and external research; reconcile information; assess complex circumstances; develop practical recommendations.
• Partner with professionals and licensing authorities to resolve licensing issues (initial, renewal, reciprocal, or rejected).
• Identify escalations requiring additional review and notify leadership as needed.
• Participate in meetings with leadership and stakeholders to share updates and recommendations.
• Document work performed and decisions in appropriate systems to maintain a clear review record.
• Use analytics and project management to organize work, meet deadlines, and provide status updates.
• Build relationships across ECRM and the firm; liaise among professionals, risk management, and teams.
• Contribute to training, knowledge sharing, and process improvements for efficiency and risk mitigation.
• Produce timely, accurate, high-quality work while protecting confidential information.
