Job summary

EY is recruiting for a Licensing Compliance Associate to support professionals in meeting mandatory licensing requirements. This role develops knowledge of licensing policies, supports renewals, advises on complex situations, and provides updates to leadership.

Work is performed with limited supervision within a centralized licensing compliance function across EY. The Associate will manage requests, conduct research, and document decisions while contributing to process improvements and knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 1-3 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of firm processes and tools to support licensing compliance.
• Review licensing requests for completeness and regulatory alignment.
• Drive matters to resolution with clear next steps and follow-ups.
• Conduct research and assess complex circumstances to inform recommendations.
• Coordinate with licensing authorities to resolve initial, renewal, or rejected applications.
• Escalate sensitive or complex matters for review as needed.
• Participate in meetings with leadership and stakeholders to share updates and questions.
• Document findings and decisions to maintain a clear review record.
• Use project management methods to organize work and meet deadlines.
