Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 1–3 years related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to interpret policies and escalate when needed.
• Professional maturity and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of firm processes, policies, resources, and tools to support licensing compliance activities and internal customers.
• Review requests and supporting information for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with firm and regulatory requirements.
• Drive matters to resolution by following up on requests and communicating next steps.
• Conduct research; reconcile information; assess complex circumstances; provide well-supported recommendations.
• Partner with professionals and licensing authorities to resolve licensing issues, including initial, reciprocal, renewal, or rejected applications.
• Document work performed, findings, decisions, and supporting rationale in systems to maintain a clear review record.
