Job summary

EY is seeking an ECRM Professional Licensing Compliance Associate to support licensing and certification requirements across the firm. You will review requests, research regulatory issues, and drive compliance processes to timely completion while documenting decisions for risk mitigation.

You will collaborate with professionals and licensing authorities, escalate complex matters, and contribute to training and process improvements in a hybrid work environment that combines in-person and remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 1–3 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support licensing compliance activities and internal customers by applying firm processes and resources.
• Review requests for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory alignment.
• Drive matters to resolution by following up, clarifying needs, answering questions, and communicating next steps.
• Conduct internal and external research; assess complex circumstances; develop practical recommendations.
