Job summary

EY in the United States seeks an ECRM Professional Licensing Compliance Associate who supports licensing requirements, conducts research, resolves issues, and drives timely compliance with limited supervision.

You’ll partner with professionals across the firm to document decisions, share knowledge, and contribute to risk mitigation and continuous improvement while maintaining strong client service and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years related licensing/compliance experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of firm processes, policies, resources, and tools to support licensing compliance activities.
• Review requests for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory alignment.
• Drive matters to resolution by following up and escalating when needed.
• Conduct internal and external research; develop practical recommendations.
• Partner with professionals and licensing authorities to resolve licensing issues.
• Document work performed and decisions in appropriate systems.
