Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of firm processes and tools to support licensing compliance.
• Review requests for completeness and alignment with requirements.
• Drive matters to resolution with clear next steps.
• Conduct internal and external research to support recommendations.
• Partner with professionals and authorities to resolve licensing issues.
• Escalate sensitive or complex matters for review.
• Participate in leadership meetings with stakeholders and provide updates.
• Document work and decisions to maintain a clear review record.
• Use project management methods to organize work and meet deadlines.
• Build relationships across teams and act as liaison with risk management.
• Contribute to training and process improvements for efficiency and controls.
