Qualifications

• High school diploma or comparable diploma required.
• One year of licensing or related industry experience in licensing, registration, or in a technical position with the SEC, IRS, state insurance department, or compliance.
• Familiarity with licensing terminology and ability to operate a PC with licensing software.

Responsibilities

• Process applications, registrations, and appointments and maintenance requests per standards, across multiple channels.
• Update and maintain regulatory information, files, and databases for assigned states and channels.
• Explain licensing requirements to customers and assist with submissions to state departments of insurance and/or regulators.
• Coordinate with internal/external customers to resolve license issues and ensure timely processing.
