Rangam in White Plains, NY is seeking a Licensing Specialist for a one-year hybrid role with three days in the office and two remote days (Mon/Fri remote; Westchester commuting). The position supports end-to-end licensing for Life/Health and Securities candidates, coordinating registrations and maintaining records.

You will handle daily inquiries, schedule exams with Prometric, manage FINRA related reports, and ensure timely progression of candidates through the licensing pipeline, while

Qualificações

• Experience delivering high-volume customer support by phone and email.
• Ability to coordinate licensing schedules and respond to inquiries.
• Strong organizational skills and accuracy in record keeping.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day operational support for Life/Health and Securities licensing activities.
• Respond to a high volume of inquiries from candidates, agents and partners regarding licensing requirements and exam windows.
• Manage end-to-end Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) licensing process including first-time and retaker support.
• Initiate registrations for Series 6, Series 7, Series 63, and Series 66 examinations.
• Monitor candidate progress through licensing timelines and coordinate required actions.
• Maintain and reconcile licensing records across multiple systems and FINRA reports.
• Support reporting requests and provide licensing information to business partners.
• Assist in identifying licensing issues to minimize delays and improve processes.
• Maintain process documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
