Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of administrative work experience.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of state insurance requirements and/or licensing (a plus).
• Adept with technology.
• Ability to make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new agents/producers in compliance with company and insurance regulations.
• Manage and maintain agent/producer license in compliance with company and insurance regulations.
• Effectively manage all incoming inquiries and follow up in a prompt, professional manner.
• Process high volume license change requests from internal and external customers; assist with questions related to licensing, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
• Document and maintain accurate internal records based on established departmental guidelines.
• Escalate risks beyond designated authority level to a supervisor.
• Develop proficiency in licensing techniques, terminology, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
