Job summary

Randstad USA in Grandview Heights, OH is hiring two Financial Services Representatives to join our Licensing Team. This hybrid role focuses on ensuring licensing compliance and timely processing for agents and brokers.

You will allocate about 6 hours daily to admin tasks (license applications, renewals, cancellations) and about 2 hours daily as a licensing expert, with a 3/2 remote/office schedule and a 13-week paid training program starting 12/7/26.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of proven combined administrative and customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and internal teams.
• Preferred: degree in Business, Finance, or related field and knowledge of financial services practices.

Responsibilities

• Review and process license applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Advise internal agents/brokers on state licensing requirements and submission processes.
• Conduct compliance research and implement changes in licensing rules and regulations.
• Act as liaison between Licensing and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Work a hybrid schedule: 3 days remote / 2 days in the office at 1000 Yard St, Grandview Heights, OH.
• Participate in a 13-week paid training program starting 12/7/26.
• Pursue growth opportunities and salary progression after 12 months.

The Role: Focused Administration & Expert Advocacy

This critical hybrid role ensures our agents and brokers are compliant and legally authorized to operate. Your day is a balance of deep administrative focus and proactive communication.

• The "6" (Admin Focus): Spend approximately 6 hours daily reviewing and processing license applications, renewals, and cancellations, and maintaining critical state databases.
• The "2" (Expert Service): Dedicate about 2 hours daily acting as a licensing expert, advising internal agents/brokers on complex state requirements and the submission process.
• Compliance Management: Research and implement changes in insurance licensing requirements based on new laws and regulations.
• Internal Liaison: Serve as the go-to link between the Licensing department and internal teams to quickly resolve license issues.
• Hybrid Schedule: Enjoy a true work-life balance with 3 days remote / 2 days in the office (1000 Yard St, Grandview Heights, OH).
• Pay & Benefits: $19.00 per hour, plus weekly pay and comprehensive health benefits.
