Job summary

Transamerica in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a specialist to handle contracting, licensing, and appointing agents for the L&P Division. The role requires reviewing contracts, preparing licensing paperwork, and maintaining agent records in a hybrid in-office setting with three days in the office weekly.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit the agent contract file for required forms and documents.
• Prepare the state specific licensing/appointment paperwork.
• Add the agents to the database.
• Maintain records, handle inquiries and conducts research as needed for the agent files.
• Process licensing paperwork to the appropriate states in a timely and accurate manner.
