Responsibilities

• 55%: Processes new agent contracts and appointments, including completing paperwork, notifying agents, ordering background reports, and verifying regulatory compliance.
• Builds and maintains records and contracts; ensures correct payout through contract hierarchy setup; processes appointments per 50 jurisdictions; coordinates with other departments on coding to policy applications.
• 40%: Provides customer service regarding appointments and contracting, including notifying agents, requesting information, completing and mailing contracts, and answering status inquiries.
• Explains regulatory changes to producers and internal customers and resolves problems related to contracting procedures.
• 5%: Performs other functions such as supporting team events, assisting on special projects, and participating in committees.
