Job summary

Simplicity Group in Monticello, MN seeks a Senior Licensing & Contracting Specialist to manage advanced licensing for advisors and sales consultants, maintain carrier relationships, and mentor teammates. The role requires 1–2 years of contracting experience with an IMO/BGA, proficiency with SureLC, and strong MS Office skills; a remote option may be considered for non-local candidates.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of contracting and licensing experience with an IMO/BGA.
• Experience with SureLC, highly preferred.
• Strong computer skills, comfortable working in a paperless environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Sub-IMO onboarding (block transfers).
• Provide regular feedback on policy/procedures and workflows.
• Participate in carrier relationship calls.
• Assist with intermediate training of new employees.
• Handle escalated requests from ADC’s and/or agents.
• Minimal coaching opportunities provided during audits.
