Wellabe is seeking an Agent Admin Representative 3 to support agent contracting and distribution processes. Under supervision, you will handle appointment updates, licensing, records maintenance, terminations, and data changes using LifePro, CLARC, Vertafore and related platforms.

You will review contracting requests, verify licensing, process appointments and renewals, and maintain agent records while collaborating with managers, agents, and carriers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in licensing sales distribution systems or insurance related field.
• Agent licensing experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Review and process new agent contracting and appointment requests per policy.
• Confirm licensing and required documentation; submit background investigations.
• Process appointments, assign agent numbers, distribute approval notifications.
• Handle agent contract/appointment terminations and update records.
• Process annual renewal appointments and collect fees per state guidelines.
• Communicate with agents/managers to obtain missing information for contracting.
