Job summary

The Juris Agency in Iowa is seeking Licensed personal lines Agents to support families with protection plans. After paid training, you will join a rapidly growing insurance team serving clients through multiple A+ carriers in Iowa and Florida.

The role offers a hybrid work-from-home option after a 90-day onsite education. During onboarding you must complete the assessment, obtain an Iowa Personal Lines license before Day 1, and leverage a high closing rate.

Qualifications

• Completion of the Assessment prior to any phone interview.
• Ability to acquire an Iowa Personal Lines Insurance license prior to Day 1.
• Current or prior sales experience preferred with a target close rate of 35%+.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to agency standards of compliance.
• Understand and follow underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Protect and update primary contact information with each client.
• Provide ongoing support to clients and recommend additional protection plans.
• Prospect, generate and acquire new business from paid leads and referrals after paid training.
• Generate digital proposals and explain impact of recommendations to clients.
• Build strong relationships and deliver exceptional experiences to new and existing customers.
