• Experience as a License and Applications Analyst for CT state employees is acceptable substitution.

Responsibilities

• Supervises review and processing of certificate and permit applications.
• Coordinates issuance, cancellation and updating of licenses.
• Responds to inquiries concerning complex licensing procedures.
• May issue notices of hearings and act as hearings officer.
• May prepare data for actions taken against licensees.
• May perform investigations of violations by regulated entities.
