Job summary

You will manage inventory, train budtenders, and drive sales targets within a fast-paced retail setting. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of management experience in retail or service industries and is authorized to work in the US.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or service industry preferred.
• Experience in cannabis industry is a plus.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused culture.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and decision-making under pressure.
• Proficiency with MS Office and office management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispensary operations, ensuring compliance with state/local rules and inventory management.
• Lead and coach budtenders and staff, with performance evaluations and development.
• Provide exceptional customer service and knowledgeable product assistance.
• Develop strategies to meet revenue targets and monitor KPIs.
• Ensure accurate records, transactions, and staff compliance checks.
• Maintain appealing store displays and organize product presentation.
• Maintain a safe, secure store environment including cash handling and surveillance.
