Responsibilities

• Ensure the dispensary operates smoothly and professionally.
• Open and close the dispensary (Key Holder).
• Follow directives from District Manager and General Manager to execute operations.
• Log KPI data and track performance.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and place supply orders.
• Assist with inventory management, recalls, and pricing to meet targets.
• Support staff morale and productivity and coordinate events.
• Process transactions and become the PSP subject matter expert.
• Prepare daily deposits and manage product deliveries and audits.
• Assist patients in product selection and verify eligibility to purchase.
