Qualifications

• Associates’ degree or 2 years state experience preferred.
• Experience analyzing customer inquiries and applying regulations.
• Ability to understand basic to intermediate accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Resolve moderately complex issues across agency programs.
• Provide program assistance to businesses, agencies, and individuals.
