OneAmerica Financial Partners, Inc is seeking a Licensing Associate in Indianapolis to maintain producer standards and review contracting applications for eligibility. The role involves background checks, maintaining records, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and experience in customer service, data entry, insurance, or licensing/compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree preferred or equivalent or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
• High School Diploma required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience in customer service, data entry, insurance, or licensing/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Request and review credit, criminal, regulatory, and license background reports based on contracting applications.
• Analyze applications to identify adverse information and follow up with producers as needed.
• Create and maintain producer records in our internal database and assign writing codes.
• Organize and store all documentation, including applications, reports, and communications.
• Respond to inquiries via our departmental call center and email inboxes.
• Understand and support appointing and termination processes for individuals and business entities.
• Use internal job aids, vendor tools, and state websites to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
