Job summary

State of Indiana is seeking a Labor Analyst 2 to support a phone survey and data-driven decisions from downtown Indianapolis. You will collect and review data, engage employers, and contribute to maintaining accurate databases and reports.

Role emphasizes asking questions, learning from coworkers, and providing timely insights. The position is full-time, five days a week, with a 7.5-hour workday and a starting salary of $53,222 plus commensurate pay based on education and experience.

• Work and communicate with clients and customers to satisfy their expectations or needs.
• Communicate results to stakeholders using written and verbal communication skills.
• Distinguish trends, predict the impact of actions on system operations, diagnose deviations in the function of a system/organization, and take action to correct performance.
• Troubleshoot the system and make changes to the system's functioning to ensure the quality of the product.

Role Overview:

This Labor Analyst 2 poisiton will be involved in a phone survey. Need to be comfortable with calling and recieving calls from employers. Looking for candidate willing to ask questons and learn from coworkers.

This poistion is located in downtown Indianapolis five days a week with a 7.5 hour workday.

A Day in the Life:

The essential functions of this role are as follows:

This position is exempt from overtime compensation for additional work hours which may be required to complete essential functions or other assigned work.
