Job summary

Consor is seeking a Professional Engineer in Houston to lead design, analysis, and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will mentor junior engineers and collaborate with civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and environmental professionals to ensure compliant, high-quality outcomes.

The role demands 4+ years of relevant experience, a PE license, and proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D is a plus.

Qualifications

BS in Civil/Environmental/Chemical/Mechanical or related field.
4+ years of water and wastewater engineering experience.
PE license is required or in active pursuit.
Basic proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare and oversee engineering design plans, specs, reports, calculations and documents for water and wastewater infrastructure.
Apply regulations and best practices to develop cost-effective, sustainable solutions.
Conduct hydraulic modeling and system evaluations to support planning and capital programs.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design consistency and successful delivery.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and QA/QC across project phases.
Prepare permitting studies and coordinate with utilities and agencies; support construction observations.
