Consor is seeking a Professional Engineer to lead design and analysis of water and wastewater infrastructure in Houston. You will prepare technical designs, supervise quality, and guide projects from planning through construction, while ensuring regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.

Bring a BS in Civil/Environmental/Mechanical, 4+ years' experience, PE license, and proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D. This hybrid role blends office and field responsibilities across diverse projects.

Formación

• BS in civil, environmental, chemical, or mechanical engineering.
• PE license required.
• 4+ years of water/wastewater experience.
• Hybrid role office and field environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review, and oversee development of design plans, specs, reports, calculations, and construction documents for water/wastewater systems and related infrastructure.
• Apply engineering principles and regulations to develop accurate, cost-effective, sustainable solutions meeting objectives.
• Conduct hydraulic modeling, flow analyses, capacity assessments, and system evaluations for planning and future growth.
• Coordinate design with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery and technical consistency.
• Support project managers with technical leadership, scope, budgeting, scheduling, and QA/QC throughout all phases.
• Prepare and review permitting applications, studies, and regulatory submittals with utilities and agencies.
• Provide construction support including RFIs, submittals, site visits, and observations to ensure design intent.
• Mentor junior engineers and staff, sharing knowledge and fostering professional development.
