Job summary

Consor is seeking a Professional Engineer to design, analyze, and deliver water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will mentor engineers, develop technical designs, and ensure regulatory compliance across planning, design, permitting, and construction phases.

You will collaborate with civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and environmental teams, managing technical scope, budgets, and schedules while maintaining high standards of quality and client engagement in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
• 4+ years of water and wastewater engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD & Civil 3D is a plus but not required.
• Hybrid office/field work and occasional exposure to outdoor conditions.
• Physical demands include sitting, standing, and lifting up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and oversee engineering design plans, specs, technical reports, calculations, and construction documents for water and wastewater systems.
• Apply engineering principles and regulations to develop cost-effective, sustainable solutions.
• Conduct hydraulic modeling, flow analyses, and system evaluations for master planning and CIP.
• Coordinate design efforts with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical consistency.
• Support project managers with technical leadership, scope, budgeting, scheduling, and QA/QC.
