Job summary

Consor is seeking a Water/Wastewater Process Design Engineer in a hybrid Houston, TX role. You will lead process design tasks for municipal and industrial facilities, perform modeling, sizing, and reporting, and collaborate with clients, regulators, and stakeholders.

You will apply regulatory knowledge and engineering judgment to ensure compliant, high-quality deliverables. PE licensure and CAD/Civil 3D familiarity are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or a related engineering discipline.
• 4+ years of water and wastewater process engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD & Civil 3D is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and review process and facility design documents, calculations, and construction plans for water and wastewater facilities.
• Perform hydraulic modeling, process modeling, flow analyses, and mass balances to support design decisions.
• Coordinate process design activities with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership and support throughout project development including cost estimates and QA/QC.
