Job summary

Consor is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Engineer in a hybrid role combining office and field work in California. You will lead design and delivery of water/wastewater facilities, pump stations, pipelines, and related systems, coordinating with clients and regulatory agencies to ensure on-time, on-budget project outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in water/wastewater engineering, a California PE license, and experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in civil/environmental/chemical/mechanical engineering or related field.
4+ years of water and wastewater engineering experience.
California PE license.
AutoCAD & Civil 3D proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, specifications, and construction documents.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to meet objectives, schedules, and regulatory requirements.
Manage project tasks, budgets, and timelines.
Engage in client meetings and maintain client relationships.
Conduct analyses, evaluate alternatives, and provide recommendations.
Review plans for codes and standards compliance.
Support construction-phase services, RFIs, shop drawings, site visits.
